In the 12 months to June 2020, Campbell Lutyens has continued to advise GPs and LPs across a broad range of high-profile and innovative mandates, with 29 transactions advised on accounting for $12.5bn of transaction volume including meaningful contributions across private equity, infrastructure and private credit. In Europe, highlights included advising Eurazeo on the final closing of it €2.5bn Eurazeo Capital IV investment program which was structured through a secondary strip sale of a portfolio alongside stapled blind pool primary capital. In addition, the firm advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on concurrent optional liquidity offerings across eight fund-of-funds vehicles with aggregate NAV of €750m.
